A Day In The Life

As a Prep Cook, you will be trained in preparing top‑quality food in our open kitchens. Other job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency across all restaurants
• You will be responsible for regular checks to assure product quality
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all PINCHO standards
• Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized for other team members
• Stand and/or walk for an entire shift – This role is constantly in motion to deliver mind‑blowing meals to our guests

Requirements

• Knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry.
• No previous experience is needed. We offer on‑the‑job training.
• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our restaurant guests.
