A Day In The Life

As a Prep Cook, you will be trained in preparing top-quality food in our open kitchens. Other job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency across all restaurants
• You will be responsible for regular checks to assure product quality
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all PINCHO standards
• Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized for other team members
• Stand and/or walk for an entire shift - This role is constantly in motion to deliver mindblowing meals to our guests
