• Follow all brand standards related to food safety, sanitation, and guest satisfaction.
• Practice excellent food safety and sanitation; comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Restock kitchen supplies and food items regularly.
• Assist with ordering and planning food supplies under supervision.
• Report equipment repairs and maintenance needs.
• Monitor proper rotation and dating of food items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
