Qualifications

• Proven experience as a prep cook or in a similar kitchen role in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role:

Prep Leader: Lead all heavy prep for the day, ensuring everything is ready for a smooth and efficient service.

Maintain Excellence: Ensure consistency and adherence to recipes and quality standards while prepping ingredients.

Ingredient Mastery: Work with fresh, high-quality ingredients to prepare veggies, proteins, sauces, and other components needed for dishes.
