The Halal Shack Inc. is seeking a Prep Leader to manage all heavy prep for the day in our lively fusion kitchen, blending Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavors. You’ll ensure ingredients are ready for service and collaborate with the team to keep lines moving.

Your Role:

Prep Leader: Lead all heavy prep for the day, ensuring everything is ready for a smooth and efficient service.
