The Halal Shack in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Prep Leader to drive heavy prep each day, ensuring dishes are ready for service and maintained to recipe standards. You will lead prep, manage ingredients, and uphold high quality in a fast-paced, student-focused environment.

Your Role:

Prep Leader: Lead all heavy prep for the day, ensuring everything is ready for a smooth and efficient service.
