Responsibilities of a Prep Cook

1. Read and interpret prep sheets
2. Follow Texas Roadhouse legendary recipes
3. Keep the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized
4. Maintain and operate equipment properly
5. Follow storage and rotation procedures
6. Adhere to safety and sanitation practices
7. Exhibit teamwork
