Responsibilities

• Execute mise en place by prepping ingredients including chopping, slicing, dicing, and portioning.
• Follow recipes and prep lists accurately to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
• Assist line cooks and kitchen staff during service as needed.
• Properly store and label all prepped food items per food safety guidelines.
• Monitor and rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
• Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries.

Requirements

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
