The Post Oak in Aspen is seeking an experienced Prep Cook for our upscale, fine-dining team. You will support the kitchen with precise recipe execution, ingredient preparation and strict adherence to sanitation standards.

• Consistently follows precise recipes.
• Disposes spoiled food and other waste material.
• Maintains cleanliness and ensures that the kitchen is compliant with health and safety regulations.
