Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, KS is seeking a PreOp Registered Nurse (RN PACU POH PRN) to provide immediate post-operative care, monitor neurological and cardiac status, manage airway support, and collaborate with the surgical and anesthesia teams. This role includes on-call availability during select non-business hours and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• RN license required and active in good standing.
• ACLS within 90 days of start date.
• BLS within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate post-operative care and monitor patient status.
• Manage airway support and assess neurological and cardiac function.
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams for safe recovery.
• Document changes and educate patients and families as needed.
• Participate in on-call coverage as discussed at interview.
