Job summary

AdventHealth Celebration is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high‑quality direct patient care in a busy hospital unit. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, plan and implement individualized care, administer medications per physician orders, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the medical team to optimize outcomes.

This full‑time Day shift role includes a competitive pay range, sign‑on bonus up to $15,000 and relocation assistance, plus a full benefits

Qualifications

Active Florida RN license (required).
BLS certification (required).
Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
Minimum 1+ year acute care hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess patient physiology, psychology, development, sociocultural and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans; revise as needed.
Administer medications and treatments per orders; monitor for adverse reactions.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and communication.
Document patient information and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
