You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and monitor individualized care plans, administer medications per orders, and educate patients and families to support understanding and compliance.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 1+ year of acute care hospital experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care.
