You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, educate patients and families, document precisely, and collaborate with the care team to improve outcomes. A $10K sign-on bonus is available and a comprehensive benefits package starts on day one.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing required
• RN license required
• BLS required
• EKG/ALS knowledge beneficial

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluating and revising as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
