• PALS certification within 90 days if pediatrics in ASC services.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge needs.
• Formulate and implement an individualized plan of care with discharge planning.
• Coordinate and supervise care with the health care team.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Document assessments and interventions in the patient record accurately.
• Promote evidence-based care and participate in department leadership and education.
