Job summary

Nursing Rocks! Concert Series is seeking a PRN PreOp/PACU RN to care for patients before and after surgery in our outpatient surgery setting in Phoenix, AZ.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in PreOp/PACU and pediatric experience is a plus, with shifts primarily 6 AM–3 PM, Monday through Friday, and no holidays or weekends. The ideal candidate holds an ADN/BSN or diploma in nursing, a current AZ RN license (or compact state) and BLS, with RN to BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Two year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree (Required)
• Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date (Required)
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association (Required)
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or currently enrolled in an RN to BSN program (Preferred)
• Pediatric experience (Preferred)
• PALS or PEARS certification may be required within 90 days of entry into the position for select departments (Preferred)
