Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla is seeking an RN in the PreOp-PACU department for full-time, 60 hours per pay period. The role includes 12-hour shifts, with on-call and minimal Saturday rotation, in a Magnet hospital and Level I trauma center.

Qualificações

• Must have active CA RN license.
• BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association are required.
• Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate a plan of care; monitor progress.
• RN takes primary responsibility for patient care with the Care Team.
• Collaborate with other care team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
