Zusammenfassung

Surgery Partners Brand is seeking a Registered Nurse RN for Pre-Op/PACU to provide peri-operative care in a fast-paced, on-site setting in Fairhope, AL. The role requires strong clinical assessment, documentation, and postoperative management skills.

You will work under the PACU Manager to ensure patient safety, proper discharge planning, and communications with physicians and families. Eligible candidates should have an active RN license and ICU/critical care experience.

Qualifikationen

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program with current RN license
• Minimum two years of experience in ICU/ER/Recovery or critical care
• Knowledge of State, Federal and Accrediting Body regulations in healthcare
• Ability to achieve CPR, ACLS and PALS certification within 60 days
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to participate in professional development

Aufgaben

• Provide peri-operative patient care in the PACU according to nursing standards
• Assess and document patient status on arrival and throughout the post-operative period
• Develop and implement post-operative care plans and discharge instructions
• Communicate changes in patient status to physicians and family members
• Ensure quality clinical care and participate in benchmarking programs
• Maintain patient privacy and dignity throughout care
