Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Assess patients, document findings, and communicate changes.
• Administer meds and monitor for side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to develop care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in CPR and code team activities.
