DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital in Detroit, MI seeks a RN Clinical Coordinator for PreOp / PACU–Post Anesthesia Care. The role leads nursing staff, coordinates care delivery, and supports process improvements within a busy hospital unit.

Requirements include an RN license in Michigan, 1–2 years of leadership experience, and BLS; ACLS preferred. This full‑time, day shift opportunity offers career growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Licensed as Registered Nurse by the state of Michigan.
• 1–2 years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
• Ability to prioritize work, delegate to others and facilitate processes.
• Minimum Level 6 of the Promoting Excellence Performance Criteria; internal candidate preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and resource nursing personnel and assist in staff development.
• Collaborate on scheduling to maintain nurse-patient ratios per shift.
• Facilitate unit throughput and reduce Length of Stay.
• Coordinate in-service programs to maintain staff competence.
• Assist manager with interview, selection, and staff evaluation.
• Contribute to policy development and department standards.
• Support Process Improvement and Peer Review activities.
