West Coat Joint and Spine Center is seeking a Preop/PACU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in the postoperative recovery area. You will monitor patients emerging from anesthesia, ensure safety, comfort, and readiness for discharge, and support the surgical team with essential PACU duties.
The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited RN program, holds a current RN license, and has BLS/ACLS; PALS if required.

The Preop/PACU Registered Nurse provides continuity and quality nursing care for all patients, with continual evaluation of the patient's condition, providing patient safety, comfort, and privacy at all times. May assist the physicians in the procedure rooms with various tasks, conscious sedation, and utilizing sterile techniques as deemed appropriate. Will provide total comprehensive patient care to patients emerging from general anesthesia and/or sedation; assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient and family in preparation for discharge
