• State of Florida RN license required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Completion of orientation and unit competency.
• Excellent communication with patients, families and colleagues.
• Certifications as required by unit/area.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient on admission and ongoing basis.
• Plan and coordinate care with identified needs.
• Provide individualized teaching for discharge planning.
• Administer medications per policies and physician orders.
• Document assessments and interventions accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct.
