Mountain View Surgery Center at Glendale is seeking a motivated Full Time Registered Nurse with PreOp/PACU and OR Circuiting experience to join our fast-paced ambulatory surgery center. The RN provides quality patient care using the nursing process and supports the mission and values of the organization.

The role involves PreOp/PACU positioning and prep, OR circulating duties, and adherence to clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 1–3 years PreOp/PACU or OR experience; ambulatory center strongly preferred.
• Current BLS, ALS and PALS certifications.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient.
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care in PreOp/PACU and during OR cases.
• Position and prep patients in PreOp.
• Circulate cases during surgery and assist the OR team.
• Uphold nursing and organizational policies and procedures.

Mountain View Surgery Center at Glendale is seeking a motivated Full Time Registered Nurse with PreOp/PACU and OR Circuiting experience to join our team. Mountain View Surgery Center at Glendaleis a fast paced ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.

Job Summary

The RN Pre-op/PACU/OR is a Registered Nurse that provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies while also possessing OR RN room exp. The Registered Nurse, operating room, provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The RN will be working in PreOp/PACU (responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient) and OR circulating the case. The RN supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

Required Skills:

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Must have at least 1-3 years' previous experience in PreOp/PACU or Critical Care and Operating Room. Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred
• Must have current BLS, ALS and PALS
• Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed
