Mountain View Surgery Center at Gilbert is seeking a motivated Full Time Registered Nurse with PreOp/PACU and OR circuiting experience to join our fast-paced ambulatory surgery center. The RN will provide high-quality patient care in PreOp/PACU and circulate during surgery, supporting the organization’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with an active license in the state.
• Minimum 1–3 years of PreOp/PACU or Critical Care experience; ASC experience preferred.
• Current BLS, ALS and PALS certifications.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic technique.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process and plan of care.
• Circulate cases in the OR and assist in PreOp/PACU as needed.

Mountain View Surgery Center at Gilbert is seeking a motivated Full TIme Registered Nurse with PreOp/PACU and OR Circuiting experience to join our team. Mountain View Surgery Center at Gilbert is a fast paced ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.

Job Summary

The RN Pre-op/PACU is a Registered Nurse that provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The Registered Nurse, operating room, provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The RN will be working in PreOp/PACU (responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient) and circulating the case. The RN supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

• Must have at least 1-3 years' previous experience in PreOp/PACU or Critical Care. Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred
• Must have current BLS, ALS and PALS
• Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed
