Job summary

Archdiocese of Los Angeles seeks a Preplanning Counselor to provide preneed information, assist cemetery patrons, and drive sales. This role includes presenting at locations, handling contracts, and maintaining client relations with parish staff and management.

You will develop leads through outreach, manage CRM data, and coordinate with parish priests. Requires strong customer service and knowledge of Catholic burial practices. Full-time position based in Lancaster, CA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active member of a Roman Catholic faith community.
• Previous preplanning sales experience or at least 1 year sales-related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for preneed transactions at Archdiocesan Cemeteries and Mortuaries.
• Sell cemetery and mortuary products per sales objectives.
• Complete contracts and documents for sales and customer service.
• Provide patron services, answer questions, escort visitors, and assist families.
