Job summary

Archdiocese of Los Angeles in Rosemead is seeking a Preplanning Counselor to provide preneed information and assist families with cemetery and mortuary plans. You will drive sales while supporting client relations and contract processing at Archdiocesan locations.

Under the supervision of the Preplanning Team Manager, you will develop leads, schedule appointments, and present plans in homes or at sites, maintaining CRM records and coordinating with parish staff as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active member of a Roman Catholic faith community.
• Previous preplanning sales experience or at least 1-year sales related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel locally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for preneed transactions at Archdiocesan cemeteries and mortuaries.
• Sell cemetery and mortuary products and services in line with sales objectives.
• Complete contracts and documents for sales and customer service.
• Provide patron services, escort visitors, and assist client families as needed.
• Develop sales leads, enter and track progress in the CRM.
• Set appointments and present at campuses or in client homes.
