Wireless Zone, a Verizon Premium Retailer, is seeking driven individuals to join our team as Wireless Sales Consultants in Frederick, MD. You’ll own your book of business, engage walk-in customers, and deliver customized wireless solutions while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience, ideally in a customer-facing or commission-based role.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store sales by actively engaging customers and recommending Verizon products and services that meet their needs.
• Follow up on phone leads and proactively call customers to create new opportunities and build lasting relationships.
• Own your success by creating your own sales strategies and maintaining accountability for your performance.
• Maintain a high level of customer experience ensuring each interaction is professional, informative, and memorable.
• Maximize sales through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying the right bundle of services for each customer.
• Handle all aspects of point-of-sale transactions and ensure store presentation is clean, organized, and inviting.
• Stay up to date on the latest wireless technology and promotions to stay competitive and knowledgeable.
