Wireless Zone - A Verizon Premium Retailer, in Washington, DC, is seeking a full-time Wireless Sales Consultant to own sales success and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will engage with customers in-store and by phone, assess their wireless needs, and confidently promote Verizon products and home services.

You will meet or exceed targets, upsell additional products, and build lasting customer relationships while keeping the store welcoming and well-organized.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with customer service calls is a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Competitive mindset and a strong team orientation.
• Adaptable and flexible with a willingness to learn.
• Experience in commission- or performance-based settings is helpful.
• 1+ year of direct customer-facing sales experience preferred; wireless industry experience is a bonus.
