Job summary

Wally’s Wine & Spirits in Las Vegas is seeking a warm, polished Host to create a welcoming first impression for every guest who walks through our doors. This role supports reservations, waitlists, seating flow, and guest pacing to ensure a smooth dining experience.

You will collaborate with servers, wine specialists, and management, assist VIP guests and takeout orders, and help maintain a polished front-of-house environment.

Qualifications

• Previous host, restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid Alcohol Awareness Training/certification and a valid Food Handlers Card in accordance with Las Vegas requirements and company policy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, seating flow, and guest pacing for a smooth dining experience.
• Communicate guest needs and important details to servers, management, wine specialists, and support teams.
• Assist VIP guests, special requests, and front-of-house hospitality standards.
• Guide guests to retail, wine, cheese, or dining areas as needed.
• Support takeout orders, phone inquiries, and guest communication with accuracy and care.
• Help maintain a polished, organized, and inviting front-of-house environment.
