Job summary

Wally’s Wine & Spirits in Los Angeles is seeking a warm, polished Host to greet guests and create a welcoming first impression. You’ll manage reservations, seating flow, and coordinate with servers and wine specialists to ensure smooth service.

You’ll also assist guests with takeout inquiries and guide them to retail and dining areas. The ideal candidate has hospitality or retail experience, a professional presence, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Previous host, restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.
• A warm, professional presence and a passion for exceptional guest service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations, reservations, and POS systems.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move comfortably throughout the shift.
