Job summary

River Dunes Marina & Harbor Club is seeking Housekeepers for both part-time and full-time roles to maintain cleanliness across accommodations, club house, fitness facility, restaurants, retail locations, public areas and exterior spaces in a luxury setting.

Applicants should have at least one year of housekeeping or custodial experience, basic computer skills, and a commitment to safety. Availability on weekdays, weekends and holidays is required, with opportunities in a premier coastal property.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year related housekeeping, custodial, janitorial, or related field.
• Basic MS Office skills and ability to understand other computer programs (property management software, security camera system, fob system, and housekeeping scheduling systems).
• General knowledge of occupational hazards and necessary safety precautions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manuals.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and communicate with employees, owners, guests and other contacts.
• Ability to communicate clearly, orally and in writing, follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout all outlets including accommodations, club house, fitness facility, restaurants, retail locations, public areas and exterior spaces (walkways).
• Ensure housekeeping and janitorial supplies are stocked and prepared for daily operations.
