Job summary

EVT Management Services at Riverbend Music Center, PNC Pavilion, The Andrew J Brady Music Center and Taft Theatre is seeking a VIP Club Server to greet guests, take orders and provide elevated service to premium-seat clients.

You will work in a loud, fast-paced environment, balance checks at the POS, and coordinate with kitchen and host staff to ensure timely, accurate service during events. Must be 21+, able to lift trays and stand long hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean server station and restaurant area.
• Communicate with support staff and kitchen staff to ensure orders are processed.
• Communicate with host/hostess to ensure timely greeting and service.
• Accurately maintain checks and cash to balance with POS close out.
• Fulfill guest orders/requests to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Work collaboratively with other staff toward event and company success.
• Other duties as assigned.
