Requirements & Skills

• Fine Dining or Elite Catering Experience: Proven experience in a fine dining or upscale venue, showcasing a solid understanding of fine dining etiquette and operations.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to ensure guests feel valued and attended to with care.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of service exceeds expectations.
• Tech‑Savvy: Familiarity with various POS systems for efficient order processing and payment handling.
• Flexible Availability: Events can be daytime, evenings, weekends, and other times for special events as needed.

Education & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further studies in hospitality or culinary arts are a plus.

Physical Requirements
