Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs.
• Suggestively sell beverages and menu items; take orders.
• Answer guest questions and make recommendations.
• Communicate drink orders to the bar through POS.
• Deliver drinks and maneuver trays through crowds.
• Maintain atmosphere by circulating through the area.
• Clear tables and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
• Keep tables clean and wipe surfaces.
• Handle spills and remove obstacles from floor.
• Adhere to venue safety and sanitation standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Request ID from guests under 30 and enforce alcohol policies.
• Identify intoxicated guests and refuse service with manager.
• Process payments and handle comps/voids per policy.
• Assist other servers and staff when needed.
