Job summary

Everglades Boats is seeking an Owner Experience Lead in Edgewater, FL to strengthen relationships with boat owners, resolve complex concerns, and drive an exceptional ownership experience. You will work with leadership, dealers, and internal teams to prioritize escalations, improve processes, and boost customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

The role requires proactive outreach, data-driven insights, and strong communication to maintain high CSI metrics and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 9+ years without degree in customer relations or related field.
• Experience independently managing complex customer relationships and escalations.
• Proficiency with CRM, Excel, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Engage with owners to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Document calls in CRM with outcomes.
• Identify at-risk owners and escalate as needed.
• Resolve owner concerns with internal teams and dealers to develop solutions.
• Develop owner experience dashboards and reports.
