Job summary

OneWater Marine is seeking a service advisor to deliver exceptional customer service at the Naples location. You will schedule service work, process retail and warranty orders, and maintain clear repair records to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating technicians, providing timely estimates, communicating with customers, and supporting process improvements to enhance dealer reputation.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service work and processes retail, warranty and internal repairs orders efficiently.
• Maintains repair records for supervision or control.
• Manages technician workflow and schedules repair orders.
• Performs detailed write-ups of customer concerns and estimates for approval.
• Collaborate with the service manager to improve processes and efficiency.
• Builds positive customer and manufacturer relationships to strengthen loyalty.
• Assists in determining materials, supplies and parts to be stocked and sold.
• Resolves customer complaints promptly and proactively.
• Obtains warranty or service contract approvals quickly.
• Communicates status and completion updates to customers.
• Performs quality checks on finished boats for repairs and cleanliness.
• Assists in interviewing, selecting and training technicians.
