Oak View Group is seeking a Concessions Bartender to serve beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, at events. The role requires a personable, professional demeanor and availability to work events as scheduled. The hourly rate is $8.75 and the position is tip eligible.

Responsibilities include bar upkeep, following pre-shift notes, serving responsibly, upselling, ID checks, and maintaining a clean workstation. Benefits for part-time roles include 401(k) savings and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Six months or more experience bartending.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Bartending school preferred.
• Alcohol Compliance Certification required.
• Accurate cash handling skills required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellence in guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards.
• Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described.
• Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures and regulations.
• Learn knowledge of beer, wine varieties & spirits and upsell to guests.
• Pour drinks responsibly according to size standards.
• Check guest IDs to verify age requirements for alcohol.
• Communicate a cut-off to guests as required.
• Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns.
• Bartenders may de-escalate intoxicated guest situations and involve management or security as needed.
• Contact a management member if unable to resolve issues beyond standard decision-making.
• Request additional products or restock as needed.
• Manage the issued bank at the bar.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and keep equipment in good condition.
• Assist with setting up/breaking down bar equipment and organizing the cooler.
