Job summary

Audi Beverly Hills is seeking a Delivery Specialist to provide guests with a confident, high-quality vehicle handover and memorable experience.

You will work with Sales, Finance, Service, Parts and Detail to ensure every vehicle is prepped, demonstrate features, and assist with personalized settings and ownership information. This role emphasizes outstanding customer service and accurate delivery records.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Prompt and courteous demeanor
Strong computer skills

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and create an exceptional first impression of the dealership.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Service, Parts, and Detail to ensure every vehicle is fully prepared for delivery.
Deliver a personalized vehicle orientation by demonstrating features, technology, safety systems, and connected services.
Assist guests with Bluetooth pairing, mobile apps, driver profiles, and personalized vehicle settings.
Review ownership benefits, warranty coverage, maintenance recommendations, and roadside assistance.
Follow up after delivery to answer questions, reinforce product knowledge, and support guest satisfaction.
Support the Sales team with vehicle demonstrations while maintaining accurate delivery documentation and records.
Support the Sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
