Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three (3) years driving experience required.
• Ability to operate both a manual and an automatic transmission is required.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests professionally and warmly.
• Unload luggage, assist guests with opening and closing vehicle doors.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles without damage to vehicle, person, or property.
• Inspect vehicle exterior/interior for safety hazards and preexisting damage.
• Maintain accuracy in guest payment processing, vehicle key inventory, and verify guest receipt matches key/vehicle before handing key to guests.
• Ensure vehicles are legally parked and traffic flows smoothly.
• Follow up with guests to ensure requests or problems are resolved to their satisfaction.
• Provide guests with directions or local areas of interest as needed.
• Perform other duties to support department operations.
