Job summary

Yaamava Resort & Casino seeks a Valet Attendant under the direction of the Supervisor, Transportation, to provide best-in-class front door vehicle and luggage service to guests arriving and departing the property. You will greet guests, assist with directions, park and retrieve vehicles safely, manage keys, and follow safety protocols while upholding brand standards and a warm, professional demeanor.

This fast-paced role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least three years of driving

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three (3) years of driving experience required.
• Ability to operate both a manual and an automatic transmission is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely, professional, friendly, and efficient manner and assist with doors, information, and directions.
• Accommodate special requests and assist guests with resort and casino services and events.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely, securely, and in accordance with safety protocols and policies.
• Follow up with guests to resolve requests or concerns and document incidents.
• Perform other duties to support efficient departmental operation.
