Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a valet parker at the Stateline property in Nevada. You will escort arriving guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and provide friendly, four-star service in a lively casino-hotel environment.

You will greet guests, share information, maintain vehicle keys security, and follow safety procedures while upholding Caesars standards of integrity and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous valet parking experience helpful.
• Literate and fluent in English.
• Excellent guests service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to operate a manual transmission.
• Ability to maintain integrity in a regulated business.
• Acts as a role model to Team Members and Caesars Entertainment brand.

Responsibilities

• Parks vehicles of arriving guests and retrieves vehicles of departing guests.
• Initiate greeting guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Provides or obtains information requested by guests within guidelines.
• Memorizes weather forecasts and road conditions to inform guests when requested.
• Observes safety hazards and reports incidents to supervisor or Security.
• Attends to the parking booth to secure guests' vehicle keys.
• Expedites and controls vehicle movement on arrival or departure.
• Familiarizes self with hotel policies and events to answer inquiries; checks guest satisfaction.
