Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a courteous Valet/Bell Attendant at our Henderson, NV location. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, park and retrieve vehicles, and coordinate with the Bell Desk to ensure smooth and secure service.

You will also operate valet ticketing systems and Saflok Key System, while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast‑paced setting. The role requires 21+ years old, a High School Diploma or GED, and strong English communications.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous valet, bell service, or baggage handling experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional interaction with guests and team members.
• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Basic math skills for routine calculations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross‑team collaboration.
• Ability to operate a wide range of vehicles safely.
• Dependable, detail‑oriented, able to work independently or in a fast paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm, professional welcome.
• Safely park, retrieve, and maneuver guest vehicles.
• Coordinate with the Bell Desk to ensure seamless guest service.
• Provide bell service and luggage delivery to guest rooms.
• Operate valet ticketing systems and the Saflok Key System.
• Deliver items and assist with guest requests promptly and accurately.
• Assist with room changes and shuttle/transport as needed.
• Support Front Desk with bus drivers and overnight groups when required.
• Share information about hotel facilities and services to enhance guest experience.
