Job summary

Caesars Entertainment seeks a friendly valet attendant to provide flawless parking service for guests at our casino-hotel. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and ensure safety and security of keys in a fast-paced environment.

Must have a valid driver's license, pass a background check, and demonstrate excellent guest service along with the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Prior valet experience is helpful; bilingual not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous valet parking experience helpful.
• Literate and fluent in English.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to operate vehicles with a variety of controls in a safe, efficient manner.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to operate a manual transmission.
• Uphold integrity and present oneself professionally.
• Adhere to regulatory, company and department policies.

Responsibilities

• Park arriving guests' vehicles and retrieve departing guests' vehicles safely.
• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner and assist with doors.
• Provide or obtain information for guests within guidelines.
• Memorize weather/road conditions to inform guests if requested.
• Monitor safety and report incidents promptly to supervisor.
• Attend to the parking booth and secure guests' keys.
• Expedite vehicle movement on arrival or departure.
• Familiarize with hotel policies and promotions to answer inquiries.
