Airbnb is seeking a Senior Specialist, Premium Support based in Nevada, remote. You will provide end-to-end support to key community members, including the Luxury segment, handling complex cases with autonomy and clear communication.

You will own cases from start to finish, interact with guests, hosts and internal stakeholders, and adapt to evolving responsibilities across teams while delivering hospitality‑level service in English and Spanish.

Competenze

• 4+ years in multicultural customer service environments.
• Experience with high-profile clientele preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
