Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Premium Supervisor (Player's Club) for State Farm Arena/Levy Restaurants. This part-time, event-based role pays $19.00 per hour, with evenings and weekends availability including Hawks home games.

You will supervise food, beverage and meal service, oversee production, and manage staff to ensure top-quality guest experiences in a premium setting. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in catering, hospitality, or food service supervisor.

• Ability to learn event paperwork, inventory reports, and menus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures high quality, good-tasting and well-presented food and beverages within established time frames.
• Reviews menu and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions.
• Monitors staff daily to ensure all systems, protocols and quality assurance tools are utilized correctly.
• Visits guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels.
• Communicates to staff regularly, both formally and informally.
• Enforces safety standards with employees.
• Ensures sanitation standards are enforced daily and signs-off on cleaning procedures.

Pay Rate:$19.00 per hour. This is not a tipped position.

Schedule:Part time event-based schedule. Open availability preferred. Must be able to work ]evenings and weekends. Must be able to work all Hawks home games.

Requirements:The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of experience working in a food and beverage or hospitality supervison, preferably in a premium or upscale setting. The candidate should have an outgoing personalitiy and the ability to interact with high profile guests and remain professional and dedicated to providing exceptional experience. They have the ability to communicate effectivey, problem solve and make decisions with little guidance.
