Job summary

Levy Sector at T-Mobile Arena seeks a Premium Suites Supervisor to manage suite operations during events. You will oversee setup, guest service, and staff coordination to ensure flawless guest experiences and timely breakdowns.

The role requires leadership experience, ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and strong knowledge of food and beverage service. This position is based at the Las Vegas venue and offers team perks and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year leadership experience.
• Be punctual, reliable and available for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays on event basis.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to stand and move for long periods; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Meet with directors before events to review details.
• Supervise staff during check-ins and breakdowns.
• Ensure food and beverage are properly displayed and maintained.
• Supervise runners and servers during events.
• Manage guest interactions and escalate issues to managers as needed.
• Create, modify and close sales checks in the POS system.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation and alcohol service policies.
• Perform other event duties as assigned.
