Levy at American Airlines Center in Dallas, TX is seeking a professional, energetic event-based catering server to join our Premium team. This part-time role delivers exceptional food and beverage service, creating memorable guest experiences with hospitality and attention to detail.

You will work at high-profile events, coordinating with culinary and event teams, following safety standards, and providing attentive service to guests throughout the event lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality, catering, hotels, clubs, or premium dining.
• Experience in stadium or arena settings is a plus.
• Valid TABC Certification and ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain within required timeframe.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional food and beverage service while exceeding guest expectations.
• Collaborate with culinary and event teams for timely meal delivery and accommodate dietary needs.
• Prepare event spaces before guest arrival by setting tables, stocking service stations, and ensuring areas are clean and guest-ready.
• Maintain dining areas during events, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service.
• Follow Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and safety standards.
• Support event setup, breakdown, and other duties.

Job Summary

Levy at American Airlines Center is seeking a professional, energetic, and guest-focused event-based part-time Catering Server to join our Premium team. This event-based, part-time role is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences through outstanding hospitality, attention to detail, and seamless event execution.

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional food and beverage service while exceeding guest expectations.
• Collaborate with culinary and event teams to ensure timely and accurate meal delivery, including accommodating special requests and dietary needs.
• Prepare event spaces before guest arrival by setting tables, rolling silverware, stocking service stations, and ensuring all areas are clean and guest-ready.
• Maintain dining and service areas throughout events, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Anticipate guest needs, answer questions, and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Follow all Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and comply with company food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Support event setup, breakdown, and additional operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in hospitality, catering, hotels, clubs, restaurants, or premium dining environments preferred.
• Previous stadium, arena, entertainment venue, or banquet experience is a plus.
• Valid TABC Certification and ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or the ability to obtain within the required timeframe).
• Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout scheduled shifts.
