Levy at American Airlines Center seeks a motivated, service-driven, and experienced event-based part-time Food & Beverage Club Supervisor to join our Premium Clubs team. This leadership role provides first-level supervision of food and beverage operations within our Premium Clubs, ensuring exceptional guest service and compliance with food safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B operations for events to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and support servers, bartenders, hosts, and FOH staff.
• Ensure safe, accurate food and beverage service meeting quality standards.
• Monitor staff performance per policies, sanitation, HACCP, and responsible alcohol service.

Job Summary

Levy at American Airlines Center is seeking a motivated, service-driven, and experienced event-based part-time Food & Beverage Club Supervisor to join our Premium Clubs team. This event-based, part-time leadership role provides first-level supervision of food and beverage operations within our Premium Clubs, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and compliance with all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.

Essential Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient event execution.
• Lead, coach, and support Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, and other front-of-house team members.
• Ensure food and beverages are served accurately, safely, and within established quality and service standards.
• Monitor staff performance to ensure compliance with company policies, sanitation procedures, HACCP standards, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with guest seating, food service, buffet setup, and dining room support as operational needs require.
• Train and mentor new team members on service standards, safety procedures, and operational expectations.
• Oversee opening and closing responsibilities, including side work, station cleanliness, and dining room readiness.
• Maintain inventory levels, complete daily and monthly inventory counts, and communicate supply needs.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while creating an exceptional dining experience.
• Communicate effectively with management, culinary teams, and event staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
