Job summary

Levy at American Airlines Center is seeking a motivated, service-driven, and experienced event-based part-time Food & Beverage Club Supervisor to join our Premium Clubs team.

This event-based, part-time leadership role provides first-level supervision of food and beverage operations within our Premium Clubs, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and compliance with all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in hospitality, catering, hotels, clubs, stadiums/arenas, or full-service restaurants preferred.
• Premium hospitality or high-volume event experience is a plus.
• Valid TABC Certification and ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong customer service, communication, organization and cash-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure guest service and event efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and support Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, and front-of-house staff.
• Ensure safe, accurate service and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor staff compliance with HACCP and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with guest seating, service, and dining room support as needed.
• Train and mentor new team members on standards and safety procedures.
• Oversee opening/closing tasks, station cleanliness, and inventory.
• Maintain inventory levels and communicate supply needs.
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure a great dining experience.
• Communicate with management, culinary teams, and event staff for seamless operations.

Job Summary

• Ensure food and beverages are served accurately, safely, and within established quality and service standards.
• Monitor staff performance to ensure compliance with company policies, sanitation procedures, HACCP standards, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with guest seating, food service, buffet setup, and dining room support as operational needs require.
• Train and mentor new team members on service standards, safety procedures, and operational expectations.
• Oversee opening and closing responsibilities, including side work, station cleanliness, and dining room readiness.
• Maintain inventory levels, complete daily and monthly inventory counts, and communicate supply needs.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while creating an exceptional dining experience.
• Communicate effectively with management, culinary teams, and event staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience in hospitality, catering, hotels, clubs, stadiums/arenas, or full-service restaurants preferred.
• Previous premium hospitality or high-volume event experience is a plus.
• Valid TABC Certification and ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or the ability to obtain within the required timeframe).
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive tasks throughout scheduled shifts.
