Job summary

Levy at American Airlines Center seeks a professional, energetic, guest-focused event-based part-time Catering Server to join our Premium team. You will deliver exceptional food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences through hospitality, attention to detail, and seamless event execution.

This role is part-time and event-based, with duties including setting up spaces, collaborating with teams, and ensuring high standards of service for each guest.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in hospitality, catering, hotels, clubs, or premium dining environments preferred.
• Experience in stadium/arena/entertainment venues is a plus.
• Must demonstrate excellent customer service, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional food and beverage service.
• Collaborate with culinary and event teams to ensure timely meal delivery and accommodate dietary needs.

Levy at American Airlines Center is seeking a professional, energetic, and guest-focused event-based part-time Catering Server to join ourPremium team. This event-based, part-time role is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences through outstanding hospitality, attention to detail, and seamless event execution.

• Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional food and beverage service while exceeding guest expectations.
• Collaborate with culinary and event teams to ensure timely and accurate meal delivery, including accommodating special requests and dietary needs.
• Prepare event spaces before guest arrival by setting tables, rolling silverware, stocking service stations, and ensuring all areas are clean and guest-ready.
• Maintain dining and service areas throughout events, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Anticipate guest needs, answer questions, and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Follow all Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and comply with company food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Support event setup, breakdown, and additional operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in hospitality, catering, hotels, clubs, restaurants, or premium dining environments preferred.
• Previous stadium, arena, entertainment venue, or banquet experience is a plus.
• Valid TABC Certification and ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or the ability to obtain within the required timeframe).
• Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout scheduled shifts.
