Job summary

Compass Group USA seeks an experienced hospitality professional to lead Suites & Clubs Attendants for premium hospitality events in Georgia. You will coordinate event-day setup, service, and breakdown, while maintaining top guest service and adherence to standards.

The role requires coaching teammates, ensuring food safety, and collaborating with culinary and operations teams to deliver seamless experiences. Prior supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/service environments preferred.
• Strong guest-service orientation and communication.
• Ability to supervise and coach a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Awareness of safety and sanitation standards in food service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Suites & Clubs Attendants to ensure guest service excellence.
• Coordinate event-day setup, service execution, and breakdown of premium hospitality areas.
• Monitor food and beverage presentation, quality, and inventory levels during events.
• Train, coach, and support team members while ensuring adherence to standards and policies.
• Address guest concerns and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and workplace safety standards.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate event expectations and updates.
• Collaborate with culinary, warehouse, and operations teams for seamless events.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity to maintain a high-performing team.
• Complete operational reports and communicate outcomes and opportunities for improvement.
